FEATURES

This is the home page for Mr. Roth's chemistry classes. It is designed to serve and help YOU in your study of chemistry this year. Dedicated members of Mr. Roth's lab aids will *attempt to* continue to update this website as often as possible to bring you the most up-to-date information about the class. Please feel free to explore the site, as there are a lot of new things here:

  • Class assignments can be checked by clicking on the calendar on the right or the "Homework Center" link. This will be updated weekly; it will contain the same information on the white boards.
  • "My Locker" is a place where you can find some handouts and other things, including a copy of the Periodic Table, the agreement sheet you got at the beginning of the year, graphing instructions, lab report instructions, conversion tables, and grade sheet. From time to time, this feature may be used as a place to put up additional practice problems, answer keys, and the like. You WILL be expected to use this!
  • The links on the left lead to specific topics throughout the year. Most of them contain external links that attempts to help you understand the concept. Like the last item, you WILL be expected to use this extensively!
  • The "Quiz" link will lead to a series of T/F or MC quiz on many different topics. These have been created by former students for your benefit. They are a good way to briefly review the topics.
  • The "Feedback" link on the right is an easy way to leave me a message. You can also drop me an email at sy.andrew.roth@nwoca.org
  • The "Classroom Blog" link on the top of the page is a continuous development that in the future will serve as a place where students may exchange information, comments, hints, etc. You are more than welcome to try it out, but it is on BETA mode for awhile.

  • I hope that this website will be used to its full potential for your benefit!
