Tips for Five Servings
- Frozen fruits are quick and easy to add to a smoothie.
- Add frozen mixed vegetables to canned soup.
- Buy pre-cut vegetables and salad mixes.
- Put fruit in your salad.
- Keep a bowl of washed fruit on the counter or in the refrigerator.
- Add sautéed vegetables or dried fruits to rice or grain dishes.
- Add apples, raisins, grapes or pineapple to deli salads like chicken, tuna or pasta.
