Eat at least five servings of fruit and/or vegetables per day.

 
Tips for Five Servings
  1. Frozen fruits are quick and easy to add to a smoothie.
  2. Add frozen mixed vegetables to canned soup.
  3. Buy pre-cut vegetables and salad mixes.
  4. Put fruit in your salad.
  5. Keep a bowl of washed fruit on the counter or in the refrigerator.
  6. Add sautéed vegetables or dried fruits to rice or grain dishes.
  7. Add apples, raisins, grapes or pineapple to deli salads like chicken, tuna or pasta.
