Developing a healthy habit is a gift you give yourself. Take One Step for Just 21 Days will help you do that. Everything on this Web page, plus many other related activities at WGTE are here to ensure your success.


Fill out the registration form and decide which of the 9 small steps you are willing to take for 21 days in a row. Each day, log on and rate how you did! I stuck to my habit like glue!For the most part, I stuck to my habit with just a minor set-back.Not a good day today. I'll try again tomorrow. We are told by self-help theorists that if you purposely work at a habit for 21 consecutive days, it's yours!


Because this is also a "Take One Step" initiative, we only want you to work on ONE habit at a time. If you have successfully completed a 21 day cycle, then you can choose another and repeat the process.
