Developing a healthy habit is a gift you give yourself. Take One Step for Just 21 Days will help you do that. Everything on this Web page, plus many other related activities at WGTE are here to ensure your success.
Fill out the registration form and decide which of the 9 small steps you are willing to take for 21 days in a row. Each day, log on and rate how you did!   We are told by self-help theorists that if you purposely work at a habit for 21 consecutive days, it's yours!
Because this is also a "Take One Step" initiative, we only want you to work on ONE habit at a time. If you have successfully completed a 21 day cycle, then you can choose another and repeat the process.
